How to place credit card order

You can place a credit card order by calling 650-938-5511 from 8:30 to 6 Pacific standard time ( GMT-8 hours ) or by faxing it to 650-938-5512
 
The following information is required to process your credit card order:
 
1. Name of the person placing an order and any two of the following:  Phone, Fax, Email.
2. Credit card number and expiration date
3. Person's name printed on the card
4. Shipping address for the order ( we do not ship to the PO box addresses)
5. Billing address ( The address where you receive your credit card statements)
6. Shipping method
7. International customers must supply the name, address and fax number of the credit card issuing bank

How to place NET terms order

US and Canadian educational institutions, US Government and Fortune 1000 companies:

Please fax your Purchase order to: 650-938-5512

All other US corporations:

Please fax your Purchase order along with Bank and three Trade references to: 650-938-5512. Please allow 3-5 business days to complete the credit check. To expedite you credit application approval you may include your Dunns & Bradstreet number. If your first order total is under $500.00, a one time charge of  $50.00  will be added to the price of the goods. This charge will be credit back on your second order.

COD orders

COD orders will be accepted from US corporations only. COD payment method: certified check or money order only.

Please fax you PO specifying COD certified funds payment terms to: 650-938-5512. We reserve the right to refuse to provide COD service.

Paypal orders

If you are paying with Paypal please add 2% to the order total.

Payment by Bank Wire Transfer or SWIFT

Customer will be required to pay all wire transfer fees. Your bank will tell you the sum of all the fees they will deduct from the amount you wire to our account. In addition if transferred sum is less than $600 US, you will need to add $18.00 US to cover wire transfer fee charged by our bank.

USA
UPS: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day  Federal Express: Ground, Economy, 2nd Day, Overnight.
Customers may also use their own UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT and Airborne accounts. 

CANADA
UPS: Standard or Expedited,  Federal Express:  Ground, Economy or Express.
Customers may also use their own UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT and Airborne accounts.

SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
US Mail; Least expensive method, but has weight and size limitations. Also subject to delays due to local postal regulations.
UPS: Economy or Express.
Federal Express: Economy or Express. Two day delivery to many countries at very competitive rates ( up to 70% off  published rates. Example: 5kg package to Germany $70US. Usually delivered in 2 business days.)
Freight forwarding company: Use  your own or we will select one for you. This is the best way to ship heavy or multiple items.
Customers may also use their own UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT  account (restrictions apply).

SALES TAX & CUSTOMS DUTIES

Equiptek Labs does not add any sales tax or customs duties to the orders shipped to any location outside of California.
In Santa Clara County a 9.25%  Sales tax will be added to the order total.
For all other California counties a 8.25%  Sales tax will be added to the order total.
If you are exempt from the California sales tax please fax your Resale permit and completed Blanket Certificate of Resale form to: 650-938-5512.
