*Following items do not qualify for the 10 day right of return privilege: new instruments and accessories, software, device programmers, certain instruments that require software on magnetic media for normal operation, internal replacement parts.

Products can be returned in their original condition within 10 from the day of receipt if the order was shipped by a common carrier*. Products purchased and picked up directly from our office can be returned within 5 days from the invoice date. Return authorization is required. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes. Warranty coverage is limited to electrical failures, which occur when equipment is operated according to manufacturer's instructions. Removing or tampering with warranty seals or attempting to upgrade firmware will result in forfeiture of the 10 day right of return and cancellation of Equiptek Labs warranty. At our discretion warranty remedy shall be limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price.
